ZEST The Collective is a newly renovated wellness coworking hub located in the heart of Moody Street, Waltham. While the building itself has been refreshed with modern finishes, the spirit of the space is rooted in community and collaboration. ZEST was created as a home for wellness entrepreneurs, professionals, and creatives to thrive together—making it more than just a rental, but part of a growing movement to bring wellness to the center of business. NEIGHBORHOOD ZEST is located on vibrant Moody Street, surrounded by an eclectic mix of restaurants, cafés, shops, and fitness studios. Step outside and you’ll find the Charles River and its scenic Riverwalk just a few blocks away, perfect for a reset between sessions. The neighborhood is lively yet approachable, offering guests an authentic Waltham experience full of food, culture, and community. LOGISTICS Our space offers a mix of private spaces, treatment rooms, and a bright, open studio perfect for classes, workshops, or events. Spaces come furnished and can be reconfigured to fit your needs. Chairs, tables, yoga mats, and props are available upon request. Guests have access to shared amenities including a lounge and kitchenette. PARKING/TRANSPORTATION Parking is available in nearby public lots and garages, with metered street parking on Moody Street. We are also easily accessible via public transit, including the Waltham MBTA Commuter Rail stop (Fitchburg Line) and multiple bus routes. SPECIAL RATES We aim to make ZEST accessible to a variety of professionals and organizations. Discounts are available for non-profits and ongoing rentals (daily, weekly, or monthly). Hourly rentals are available, though daily and monthly bookings are offered at a significantly reduced rate. Evening and weekend rentals may have alternate pricing depending on demand.
