The property is a grade 2 listed barn conversion from 1890. The inside of the house has the original walls of the barn and fire place which are protected under its listing. We have 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms in the eaves of the house upstairs. The landing between these upstairs bedrooms overlooks the dining room which has a full height aspex, with skylights. The house has a large garden that has a walled 'cottage garden' section. The garden is roughly between 1/4 - 1/2 acre of land and contains a large double garage and gravel driveway and at the front of the house there is a patio'd area. The majority of the garden is grass. The house is used primarily as a family home but we're happy to arrange other accommodation for longer productions with advance notice. It is located in the centre of Wargrave but access to the driveway is via a street on a residential road and is very secluded, and quiet due to the thick walls of the outside of the house. Wargrave is 20 minutes from Reading and has good connections on the train to Twyford, Henley-on-thames and London.

The house will be professionally cleaned before and after any hiring. There are plenty of windows that can be opened in each room. We will supply hand sanitiser and any other cleaning products for light cleaning usage during the hire.
