Before each booking, Amadi Venue is cleaned and reset, ensuring you walk into a spotless space ready for your setup. What We Do Before Your Arrival Full vacuum of event hall Restroom cleaning and sanitizing, with restocked paper products and soap Trash removal from all areas Kitchen/prep-area cleaning, including counters and sinks Fresh staging of the private suite, ensuring it is tidy and ready for your use General inspection to make sure the venue meets our quality standards before you walk in We aim to provide a space that feels clean, inviting, and ready for your creativity. Guest Responsibilities (During & After Your Event) To maintain the quality of the space, we ask that all guests: Remove all décor, food, and personal items by the end of the booking Place all trash in the provided bins Wipe up spills immediately to prevent damage or safety hazards Leave tables, chairs, and surfaces clear Avoid the use of confetti, glitter, or materials that are difficult to clean Return the space to the condition it was in upon arrival Any major messes or damage may result in additional cleaning charges according to Peerspace policies.
