Large windows, modern design, and 8 Gig Fiber internet make our space ideal for photo and video productions, offsites, workshops, and small events. Main House The main house offers an open, production-friendly layout with abundant natural light, comfortable modern furnishings, and a glass garage door that opens to the patio for easy indoor–outdoor flow. The home includes four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, making it well-suited for talent holding, wardrobe, breakout space, or overnight stays. Backyard Loft Located approximately fifteen feet behind the main house, the standalone backyard loft adds a highly versatile second space ideal for interviews, editing bays, staging, or additional overnight accommodations. The loft includes its own full bathroom, fully stocked kitchenette, 50-inch swiveling 4K Smart TV, and a private balcony. The upper sleeping loft is accessed by a pull out ladder. It accommodates catering, craft services, cooking scenes, or group meals. The private backyard offers a furnished patio, propane grill, lounge chairs, and yard games, providing additional production or event space. Location Our property is in one of East Austin’s most vibrant and walkable areas, close to Uptown Sports Club, Cosmic Saltillo, Canje, Suerte, Bufalina, Intero, Scoot Inn, Hotel Vegas, White Horse, and several boutiques and coffee shops. Whole Foods and Target are a few blocks away, and the Saltillo Metro Station provides easy access to Q2 Stadium and North Austin. As with many urban neighborhoods, there is a visible homeless population, but the property is secured with fencing, locks, and exterior cameras focused only on entry points. We've never had a security concern since we began hosting in 2019.
