To ensure the Winchester Estate is "Ready for Camera" and "Executive Ready" for every booking, we perform a professional deep clean of the 5,000 sq. ft. property between every reservation. Our protocol includes:
Sanitization: Comprehensive disinfecting of the kitchen, high-traffic living areas, and all restrooms.
Surface Care: Granite countertops and high-touch surfaces (handles, switches, remotes) are treated with stone-safe sanitizers.
Floor Maintenance: Our travertine and wood floors are swept and micro-mopped to ensure a pristine, dust-free environment for filming and foot traffic.
Outdoor Amenities: The pool and hot tub areas are tidied, and the hot tub is chemically balanced and sanitized.
Air Quality: HVAC filters are maintained regularly to ensure a comfortable climate for large crews.
Guest "Reset" Responsibilities
We ask that guests leave the estate in a "broom clean" condition. To avoid additional cleaning or disposal fees, please complete the following before your booking ends:
Furniture Reset: Return all furniture, decor, and equipment to their original positions. Please do not drag items across the travertine.
Trash & Recycling: Bag all waste and place it in the designated grey bins located on the side of the garage. Note: Any trash or recycling that does not fit inside the provided bins must be hauled away by the guest upon departure.
Kitchen & Dishwasher: Please clear the refrigerator of any brought-in items. All used dishes must be loaded into the dishwasher and the cycle must be started before checkout.
Tape & Debris: Ensure all production tape (Gaff tape) or floor protection is removed, and any large debris is swept up.
