✨ Cleaning Process Information 🧼 What Your Cleaning Fee ($250) Covers Your booking fee includes a professional, deep clean and sanitization service after your event. This covers: Full Sanitization: Wiping down and disinfecting all high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, remotes). Professional Cleaning: Thorough cleaning of the main living areas, kitchen, and all four bathrooms. Special Feature Care: Basic cleaning and inspection of the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi areas. 🤝 Guest's Expected Cleanup (Before Leaving) To help us prepare for the next guest, we ask you to complete these simple steps before check-out: Trash: Place all garbage into the designated trash containers near the kitchen. Belongings: Ensure all personal equipment, props, and items are removed from the property. Kitchen: Load used dishes into the dishwasher or rinse and leave them in the sink. Furniture: Please return any moved furniture back to its original position. ⚠️ Additional Cleaning Fees Guests leaving the space in a condition that requires more than standard post-booking cleaning (e.g., heavy staining, excessive trash/food mess, damaged pool/sauna areas) will incur an additional cleaning fee (Minimum $100).
