We offer a PODCAST ROOM fully equipped with all the Rode equipment you need to run a 1-4 person podcast (storage & a moderator is an optional add on). We offer a 2 DESK OFFICE SET, with a big white board and chairs for any office scenes. We also have a PHOTO BAY with a PRIVATE CHANGING ROOM equipped with a clothing rack, full body mirror, and ironing board and streamer to keep you looking fresh! Finally we have a LIVING ROOM SET next to our OFFICE MEETING SET, both sets fully furnished. ALL SETS INCLUDE ACCESS TO ALL OF OUR LIGHTS, C-STANDS, BACKDROPS, SOUND BLANKETS, PROPS, SPEAKERS and EXTENSION CORDS. ADDITIONALLY WE PROVIDE ACCESS TO THE BUILDING’S COMMUNITY MEZZANINE(Lunch Room), FOR ALL TO USE AS HOLDING, LUNCH, Etc. Bathrooms located on every floor. Additional add ons available.
