Located in the heart of Downtown Orlando, better.space is a 1,400-square-foot, light-filled studio built to be as adaptable and ambitious as the people who walk through its doors. It’s where creativity meets care—a place shaped by our resident artist, Guatemalan painter Nathan Ardon, and filled with thoughtful details that invite you to exhale, show up fully, and make something real. Whether you’re filming, hosting, teaching, or experimenting, better.space flexes to meet the moment. We keep the space clean, calm, and full of possibility. Every booking includes intentional touches and the kind of support that makes a real difference—from layout to lighting, snacks to strategy. The essentials are always on hand: fast WiFi, blackout curtains, a cart and stool, basic grip gear (C-stands, V-flats, sandbags, extension cords), a fully stocked kitchen, and central A/C.

And when you arrive, you’re never alone. Every session includes a Creative Concierge: a real human to greet you, orient your guests, answer questions, and help you get the most out of your time in the space. better.space was imagined and brought to life by Benny Renee Studios—a women-led creative house with deep roots in visual storytelling and cultural strategy. We’ve supported global brands and emerging artists alike—right here in Orlando. Now, as the resident creative agency of better.space, this studio is our latest offering to the community we love: a creative home open to anyone with something meaningful to make. This is the kind of place where someone might record their first podcast in the morning, and someone else might teach a movement class by sunset.
