To ensure a smooth experience for your team and to protect the integrity of our space, we kindly require that all productions follow our care guidelines:     •    Full Cleaning Required: All shoots must include a thorough post-production cleaning of every area used—indoor and outdoor. This includes floors, surfaces, furniture, restrooms, and any outdoor pathways or garden areas utilized during the shoot.     •    Reset the Space: The property must be returned exactly as it was found at check-in. All furniture, décor, and fixtures must be placed back in their original locations. Any items moved or adjusted during the shoot should be restored before departure.     •    Respect for the Property: Please take care when handling furniture, artwork, fixtures, and equipment. Protective coverings are required for equipment that may scratch floors or walls.     •    Trash & Waste Removal: All trash, recycling, and production waste must be fully removed from the property at the end of the rental period.     •    Damage Reporting: Any accidental damage must be reported immediately so we can address it appropriately.
