Detailed Cleaning Procedure Checklist
Purpose: To ensure consistent, high-standard cleanliness before, during, and after all events.
Pre-Event Cleaning (Before Client Arrival)
■ Sweep, vacuum, and mop all floors (including corners and edges).
■ Sanitize all door handles, light switches, railings, and touchpoints.
■ Clean and polish mirrors, glass doors, and windows.
■ Dust chandeliers, wall fixtures, vents, and décor surfaces.
■ Clean restrooms: toilets, sinks, mirrors, dispensers, and floors.
■ Restock restrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and trash liners.
■ Wipe down tables, chairs, counters, and prep areas.
■ Empty all trash bins and replace liners.
■ Ensure no odors are present (use neutral scent only).
■ Final walkthrough for visible stains, marks, or debris.
During Event Maintenance (As Needed)
■ Spot clean spills immediately.
■ Monitor restrooms and restock supplies as needed.
■ Remove trash discreetly if bins reach capacity.
■ Wipe down high-touch areas periodically.
Post-Event Cleaning (Immediately After Event)
■ Collect and remove all trash and leftover items.
■ Remove all décor, tape, hooks, and client-installed items.
■ Wipe and sanitize all tables, chairs, and surfaces.
■ Deep clean restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors).
■ Sweep and mop entire venue floor.
■ Clean kitchen/prep areas (if used).
■ Check walls and doors for marks and clean as needed.
■ Remove and replace all trash liners.
Deep Cleaning (Weekly / As Scheduled)
■ Steam clean or deep mop floors.
■ Detail clean baseboards, corners, and vents.
■ Clean behind furniture and storage areas.
■ Wash trash bins and lids.
■ Inspect for maintenance issues and report immediately.
Final Inspection Checklist
■ Floors clean and dry.
■ Restrooms spotless and stocked.
■ No trash or debris visible.
■ All furniture clean and properly arranged.
■ Venue smells clean and neutral.
■ Lights, fixtures, and mirrors clean.
■ Ready for next booking.
