📋 House Rules To ensure a smooth experience for all guests and to maintain the quality of the space, the following rules must be followed at all times: General Use Daytime events only All bookings must conclude by 1:00 PM to allow for proper reset and preparation Access is limited to designated event areas only (living room, approved common areas, and outdoor spaces if included) Bedrooms and non-designated rooms are locked and off-limits Capacity & Behavior Guest count must not exceed the number approved at booking No large parties, open-invite events, or ticketed public events No excessive noise, amplified music, or disruptive behavior Guests must remain respectful of neighbors at all times Food & Beverage Outside catering is permitted Light food and beverages are allowed Alcohol is not permitted No open flames, cooking, fryers, or commercial food preparation unless approved in advance Smoking & Substances Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home Illegal substances are prohibited anywhere on the property Furniture & Setup Furniture may be rearranged but must be returned to its original position before departure No wall attachments, nails, screws, tape, or adhesives Glitter, confetti, or similar hard-to-clean materials are not allowed Equipment & Property Care Guests are responsible for their own equipment and personal belongings Please treat the space with care and leave it in the condition it was found Any damage must be reported immediately Parking Parking is limited to approved on-site and designated street parking areas only Do not block neighboring driveways, mailboxes, or sidewalks Security & Compliance Exterior security cameras are in use for safety and property protection No interior cameras or audio recording devices are used Guests must comply with all local laws and Peerspace policies Failure to comply with these rules may result in the event being ended early without refund.

🧼 Cleaning Process The space is professionally cleaned and reset before and after each booking to ensure a clean, welcoming environment for every guest. Our cleaning process includes: Thorough cleaning of all designated event areas before each booking Disinfection of high-touch surfaces such as door handles, tables, seating, and restroom areas Floors swept and mopped as needed Outdoor areas checked and reset prior to use To maintain the quality of the space: Guests are expected to leave the space in reasonable condition Furniture should be returned to its original layout All personal items, décor, and equipment must be removed at the end of the booking This process allows for a smooth transition between events while keeping the space clean, professional, and ready for the next guest.
Los huéspedes pueden cancelar su reserva hasta 7 días antes de la hora de inicio del evento y recibirán un reembolso completo (incluidas todas las comisiones) del coste de su reserva.
