Cleaning Process We take pride in maintaining a spotless, ready-to-use space for every booking: • Between bookings: The home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each rental, including floors, surfaces, furniture, and high-touch areas. The pool area is also maintained to ensure it’s clean and safe. • Reset & prep: Furniture, décor, and creative areas are reset to their original arrangement so the space is always visually appealing and ready for your project. • Guest expectations: Guests are asked to leave the space in generally tidy condition—removing trash and returning furniture or props they moved. No deep cleaning is required; we handle full sanitization between bookings. • Special projects: If your shoot or event involves unusual materials (paint, confetti, food shoots, etc.), please notify us in advance so we can make arrangements.
