Space is best suited for Photography on solid/painted and basic backdrops and floors. There are a few flooring options, there are two places to attach various types of backgrounds including canvas, fabric, solid paper. There is a 10.5foot space designated for Canvas or photographic background specifically. On the opposite end is a space for solid paper rolls or other backdrops that require Rail and chain system. There is also A 12' x 12'meeting space with a 55 inch television that can be used for presentations and meetings- with clients. This space would be great for a sales or a consultation meeting. The shooting areas have 14 foot ceilings and a 35 foot natural brick wall that has been painted and scraped on one side and is painted White on a 12 foot section on the other side. The studios shabby concrete floor has been painted Matt White. The walls and ceiling in the space have also been painted Matt White. The space has no natural light. There are two Constant on lights with varying reflectors and light stands that can be used Wall within the space. All backdrop flooring and small props can be used during the rental. 20+ options are available for seating and posing. Bring your own paper or cloth backdrop and use it on one of three mounting options. Rail Paper backdrop holders are Manfroto and mounted for use with 110 inch rolls of solid paper.
