Owned and operated by Margaret and Corey Bienert, authors of Hotel Kitsch and creators of the viral travel and design series @aprettycoolhoteltour, featured in The New York Times, Condé Nast Traveler, National Geographic, and Architectural Digest, this estate was designed as a cinematic, storybook-inspired retreat with a whimsical, kitschy vintage flair. Every corner of the property is carefully curated, combining rustic textures and colorful, playful details, making it an unforgettable setting for editorial photography, film productions, brand campaigns, and commercial shoots. The interior boasts soaring vaulted ceilings, rich cedar textures, and layered architectural details. The sunken living room is a showstopper, featuring a fireplace, grand piano, private stage, oversized playpen sofa, and dramatic floor-to-ceiling leopard-print curtains. Four whimsical bedrooms provide versatile spaces for dressing rooms or additional set locations, each filled with unique vintage-inspired décor and colorful accents. Leopard-print touches and whimsical heart-shaped details are found throughout the home, including the heart-shaped bathtub, windows, and kitchen tiles, creating a highly photogenic, storybook-inspired aesthetic with a rustic warmth. Outdoor spaces are equally captivating. The property is surrounded by tall, mature trees, creating a private, secluded atmosphere. Walkthroughs can occasionally be scheduled at the hourly rate to plan setups, and all furniture or set dressing adjustments require prior approval to maintain the integrity of the staged interiors. The property has a maximum of 40 guests on-site at any time, and shoes are off unless needed for talent on camera. Overtime is charged at 1.5x the hourly rate in 30-minute intervals and begins the moment your scheduled time ends. Please note that while the home and interiors are generally consistent with the photos, furniture and décor may occasionally be rotated or swapped.
