Cleaning & Sanitation | The Ave At The Ave, cleanliness is a top priority. We take pride in maintaining a polished, safe, and welcoming environment for every event and every guest. Before each event, the venue undergoes a thorough professional cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all high-touch surfaces such as door handles, restrooms, tables, and common areas. Restrooms are fully cleaned, stocked, and inspected prior to guest arrival. After every event, our team completes a post-event deep clean to restore the space to its original condition. This ensures that each client enters a fresh, well-maintained environment that reflects the elevated standard of The Ave. Clients are expected to remove all personal items, décor, and vendor materials by the end of their rental time. Any excessive mess, spills, or damage beyond normal use may be addressed using the refundable incidental deposit. Our commitment to cleanliness allows you to focus on enjoying your event, knowing the space is cared for with attention to detail and consistency.
