Located beneath a historic Tribeca storefront, this fully built-out event space offers total privacy and flexible configurations for dinners, launches, and creative productions. The lower level features a dark, lush environment with layered rugs and couches, a record player, bar setup, and intimate lounge seating—ideal for gatherings that benefit from atmosphere and discretion. An optional street-level loft is available for front-of-house use, guest entry, or production support. This upper level features large glass windows directly on Church Street, soaring 20-foot ceilings with classic tin roof detailing, and a wide, open white interior that can be adapted to a range of needs. The space has hosted film screenings using our projector system, literary readings, cocktail parties, and private events of all kinds.
