Welcome to The Madnani Theater, our newly refurbished 49-seat black box theatre and performance space in the heart of Hollywood! The Madnani Theater, formerly known as The Lex Theater, opened its doors in Fall 2022. Affiliated with the Hollywood Schoolhouse, the mission of the Madnani Theater is to provide a performance and engagement space for the students of the Hollywood Schoolhouse and the community at large. The 49-seat black box-style theater has been fully renovated, and is now available for rental, accommodating short or longer term productions, acting and improv classes, auditions, readings, rehearsals, community meetings, film screenings and special events. In addition, the space is available for film, television and commercial shoots.
