The space, building, and neighborhood are the epitome of the SOuth of DOwntown vibe of SODO Seattle. Space is rectangular and approximately 20' X 60' with 15' high clearance to ceiling fixtures. Space can come completely empty or with some of the existing furniture remaining depending on the need and usage. There are two ADA accessible bathrooms in the space, and a small wet bar area. Primary access is through the storefront glass door, however there is a loading dock and 12' tall, 10' wide receiving door for equipment.
