At Park Manor 75, we take cleanliness and guest comfort seriously. Our venue is professionally cleaned and maintained before and after every booking to ensure a welcoming and sanitary environment for all events. Before Your Event All event spaces are thoroughly cleaned and inspected prior to guest arrival. Floors, tables, bars, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces are sanitized. Trash receptacles are emptied and lined with fresh bags. Furniture and décor are arranged and wiped down in preparation for your event. During Your Event On-site staff monitor the space throughout your booking to maintain cleanliness. Restrooms are checked and refreshed as needed. Trash is discreetly removed during the event when necessary. Spills or issues are addressed promptly by venue staff. After Your Event A full post-event cleaning is completed by our team. All surfaces, seating, and service areas are sanitized. Floors are swept and mopped. Restrooms are cleaned and restocked. Trash and recycling are removed from the premises. Guest Responsibilities Guests are expected to remove all personal items and décor at the end of the event. Outside vendors must take all equipment and materials with them. Excessive mess, stains, or damage may result in an additional cleaning fee. Basic cleanup (collecting personal items, disposing of large trash) must be completed within the reserved time. Professional Standards We use commercial-grade cleaning products and equipment. High-touch areas such as door handles, bar tops, and restrooms receive extra attention. The venue is fully cleaned between all bookings, with no overlapping events. Our goal is to provide every guest with a space that feels fresh, safe, and event-ready from the moment they arrive.
