The space includes two connected meeting rooms with 4'x10' solid wood tables that comfortably seat up to 18 people total (max 9 per room). The rooms are connected by a small open passageway, allowing groups to work together or divide into two discussion areas while maintaining a cohesive flow. Each room is equipped with a wall-mounted TV and whiteboard, making the space well-suited for presentations, collaborative work, and instruction. Guests have exclusive use of the two meeting rooms during their booking. A coffee, tea, and water setup in the kitchenette area is available, along with a mini fridge and microwave. A meticulous single, shared, residential-style bathroom is located just beyond the kitchenette. The interior environment is intentionally quiet and professional, similar to a library or retreat setting. While the building is located along a main road for easy access, the space itself feels calm and grounded, with soft lighting, neutral décor, and a peaceful atmosphere. A rear outdoor deck overlooking a wooded area is available for breaks or quiet reflection. This space works best for groups that value: -Quiet, respectful use -Full-session attendance (not frequent in-and-out traffic) -Small, coordinated groups rather than high-volume events It is not well-suited for large events, parties, therapy sessions requiring full sound privacy, podcasting/recording, or high-traffic uses.

The space is professionally cleaned on a regular schedule, and additional routine cleaning is performed between bookings. High-touch surfaces, restrooms, tables, and shared amenities are cleaned and sanitized, and the space is ventilated prior to guest arrival. Guests are also welcome to bring any additional personal sanitizing supplies if desired.
