The space is professionally cleaned and prepared before every booking. Our cleaning team follows a detailed, multi-step checklist to ensure all guest-accessible areas are thoroughly cleaned, reset, and ready for use. This includes deep cleaning of all common areas, kitchens, bathrooms, high-touch surfaces, and frequently used furniture. Floors, counters, tables, and seating areas are cleaned and sanitized, and all trash and recycling are removed prior to each booking. Fresh linens and towels are provided for overnight stays and are professionally laundered between guests. Outdoor areas, decks, and entry points are also inspected and refreshed before arrival. Between bookings, we perform a full walk-through to confirm the space is clean, organized, and set up as described so guests can arrive and begin their event without needing additional preparation.
