Studio Cleaning & Reset Checklist
BEFORE EACH BOOKING – QUICK RESET
• Air out space briefly and turn on lights
• Remove trash and lost items
• Sweep or spot mop if needed
• Wipe furniture, mirrors, glass, shelves, and props
• Inspect and reset backdrops and living room set
• Check lighting equipment, cords, remotes, and sandbags
• Sanitize vanity, mirrors, and styling surfaces
• Reset changing room and clothing rack
• Restock trash liners, wipes, and paper towels
• Set thermostat
AFTER EACH BOOKING – FULL RESET
• Walk space immediately; photograph any damage
• Remove all trash, food, drinks, and debris
• Return furniture and props to original layout
• Spot-clean upholstery, tables, and props
• Sweep floors; mop if necessary
• Inspect backdrops and equipment for damage
• Power down, unplug, and neatly store equipment
• Check inventory (lights, stools, mirrors, props)
• Turn off lights, reset thermostat, lock doors
WEEKLY / AS NEEDED
• Deep clean floors and high-touch surfaces
• Steam or clean fabric backdrops
• Replace worn paper backdrops
• Clean windows and mirrors
• Update Inventory supplies and equipment
