We built this space custom from the ground up. It all started with a 2500 sq ft box, and we created the perfect space for film and photography, complete with kitchen area, workstation with printer, dressing room, dual hair and makeup stations, and green room. The space has 8x dedicated 20 amp circuits for lights, cameras, and accessories. Finally, we also insulated all walls and doors to create a sound blockade to allow for the the quietest environment possible - both from the outside environment and the inside interior spaces. Finally, we covered the entire space with 40x 2' x 4' bass traps to help diminish all echo from your audio. When utilized for our own production, the audio quality has been better than almost everywhere I've filmed around the world. Right next door (and connected by interior doors), we have a full post-production station, conference room, and equipment warehouse for use as needed/requested. This will help ensure your production is flawless as we can assist with grip gear as well as an area to check your footage before wrapping. There's nothing like wrapping for the day, knowing you won't need reshoots at a later time. One last thing we considered, was broadcast. We wired dedicated, high speed internet hard lines right to the floor of the studio to hook up and broadcast from. Additionally, we ran alternative lines to the green room so if you would rather broadcast off the floor, you can. Either way, due to the audio performance, lighting control, and technical superiority, this is an ideal sopt in which to broadcast your podcast, webinar, or channel.
