This space is located right off the 101 freeway but feels like you have been transported to a secluded ranch. Beautiful views of the arroyo and mountains with lots of privacy. Tiered levels of the backyard make for interesting entertaining or filming options. Backyard (over an acre) is adorned with a stunning stage which really frames the view. An authentic barn (1000 square feet) has been converted to a two bedroom living space and it has so much character. This space is great for photo shoots, events and filming. A very unique space in Thousand Oaks. We have lots of equipment for events: cocktail tables, 6 ft tables, folding chairs, backline for stage and more.

This is primarily an outdoor space. The barn is cleaned professionally when used and bookings are spaced out.
