This 3,000 sq ft space features soaring 14-foot ceilings, 16 iconic arched windows flooding the room with natural light, a row of beautifully intricate cast-iron pillars, and a single 250-year-old restored door that anchors the room with old-world character. Perfect for gala dinners, corporate events, product launches, brand activations, panels, runway shows, immersive experiences, and multi-day takeovers. The open floor plan accommodates flexible layouts for up to 75 guests with room to breathe. Outside catering is welcome. A standard post-event cleaning fee of $350 applies. The space is wheelchair accessible with street-level access and a full kitchen on site. Minimum rental is 2 hours (not including load-in or load-out time). Events must conclude by 2:00 AM. Ages 18+ only.
