Large front porch

We have a yellow cape-style house at the top of a hill on 10 acres. It is very private and quiet. The most unique feature of our home is the large front porch that extends across the entire front of our house. It is lovely to look out on the property from our porch. We also have a small yellow barn with a fence around it. The inside of our home is open and spacious. Our family room has a balcony with a 2 story ceiling. It is a loved, lived-in home that has hosted many parties and events. This would be a great space to host your own party. We do have our normal dining room chairs (8 in total) plus some extra chairs (12 in total). If you need more, you would need to rent them. Wedding and Baby showers, anniversary parties, birthday parties, etc. would all be easily hosted here. However, we are not set up to host weddings.
