Large front porch

We have a yellow cape-style house at the top of a hill on 10 acres. It is very private and quiet. The most unique feature of our home is the large front porch that extends across the entire front of our house. It is lovely to look out on the property from our porch. We also have a small yellow barn with a fence around it. The inside of our home is open and spacious. Our family room has a balcony where the kids love to sit and watch life happen in our home. It is a loved, lived-in home that has hosted many parties and events. This would be a great space to host your own party. We do have our normal dining room chairs (8 in total) plus some extra chairs (12 in total). If you need more, you would need to rent them. We have a large back deck that opens up to a half acre of yard plus lots of woods. This space could hold a tent or canopy for an outdoor event.

We will have the house cleaned well in between bookings and all our cleaning products will be available for use.
