🏡 Enjoy your stay at our Saratoga County home for your next event, meeting, retreat, media production - our house is one of a kind with 300 feet of direct waterfront views of the Hudson River 🏡 For all events including micro weddings and parties our home is centrally located and spacious enough to entertain from inside and outside perspective. We have ample parking with 2 large parking lots and a 2 car garage. Depending on the head count of your event we may require you to provide a security deposit and/or require onsite security present. Outdoor games - please enjoy the use of the outdoor games we supply our guests including cornhole, bocce, and the golf putting green and return them back to their location inside the closet after use Pool is closed during the off season and will be reopened from late May until September All renters are prohibited to be near the pool while it is closed and will be held 100% responsible and liable for any damage incurred to the pool and/or to themselves. Furthermore there is no drinking policy from both inside the pool. All renters and guests must follow the pool rules listed in this post which are also shown on-site and on our listed photos. The guest who confirms the booking at our property will be requested to provide their government issued ID (ie drivers license) after booking confirmation. We look forward to hosting you soon!
