Located on Central Park South, this two-level, 3,400 sq ft art-driven space is designed for curated evening gatherings from 6 PM to midnight. The space blends warm residential character with gallery-style walls, intimate lounge seating, and flexible open areas ideal for elevated, conversation-forward events. The layout spans two floors connected by a sculptural staircase. The main level is well suited for cocktail receptions, DJ-led listening sessions, brand activations, and private celebrations. The lower level offers additional open space for dining layouts, panels, or lounge-style overflow. The venue comfortably accommodates up to 60 seated guests or 90 standing for a premium experience. To ensure a seamless and consistent atmosphere, all events utilize our preferred in-house DJ and licensed mobile bartender service (available for an additional fee). This allows us to maintain sound levels appropriate for the space and ensure professional alcohol service. Sound is permitted at conversational levels only. This is not a nightclub environment — it is an intimate salon setting for refined evening gatherings. The space is professionally cleaned and disinfected between all bookings, with special attention to high-touch surfaces, restrooms, stair railings, and common areas. Bookings are scheduled with sufficient spacing to allow for thorough turnover and preparation. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the venue. Our licensed service partners and staff maintain professional hygiene standards during all events.
