Open Creator Studio is an affordable, self-serve photo and content studio in Dania Beach designed for creators, photographers, and entrepreneurs who need a clean, professional space without the high studio price. Self-Serve Studio Open Creator Studio is a self-serve rental space. There is no on-site assistant. Renters are responsible for setting up and adjusting lighting and equipment during their session. The studio is intentionally designed to be straightforward and easy to use for independent creators.

Open Creator Studio is cleaned and inspected regularly to ensure a clean and professional environment for every booking. After each rental: • Surfaces and high-touch areas are wiped down • Floors are checked and cleaned as needed • Furniture and props are reset • Equipment is inspected for proper function • Backdrops are checked and rolled neatly Guests are responsible for basic cleanup during their booking, including returning furniture to its original position and disposing of trash. We aim to maintain a clean, organized, and ready-to-use space for all creators.

Los huéspedes pueden cancelar su reserva hasta 7 días antes de la hora de inicio del evento y recibirán un reembolso completo (incluidas todas las comisiones) del coste de su reserva. Los huéspedes pueden cancelar su reserva entre 7 días y 24 horas antes de la hora de inicio del evento y recibirán un reembolso del 50 % (excluyendo las comisiones) del coste de su reserva.
