Welcome to Burgundy Suite, a creative studio space in Santa Clara. We are only two miles away from San Jose Mineta International Airport. The studio space features a 40’x18’ production space with a 10’ high ceiling, concrete flooring and a 35’ wide white wall. There is also a lounge area with a couch for you and your guests. The rental includes not only the space but a plentiful quantity of equipment for your use. Equipment List (included in all rentals): 1x Aputure Softbox (do not include this parentheses in listing, but include dimension of this softbox in later revision) 1x Nanlite Pavotube 2’ RGB LED tube 1x Godox SL60W + Bowens Mount Reflector with honeycomb grid, barndoors, & colored gels Fog Machine 4x C-Stands 4x Grip Heads 4x Boom Arms 1x Portable Bluetooth Speaker There will also be two tables by the lounge area for you to set up a gear station or store your belongings. Please note that the two rooms, reception desks, and workstations are restricted. MAX OCCUPANCY: 80 people plus our studio manager, who will be in attendance at all times. ACCESSIBILITY: We are located on the first floor of our building. WIFI: Will be included in the rental. Please check in with our studio manager for the password. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Complimentary Behind The Scenes Photography Our studio manager will be providing a set of high-quality behind-the-scenes photography of your production. Please message us after booking if you’d like to decline this service.
