Our house is professionally cleaned on a weekly basis, and/or between each shoot, by a professional cleaning company that is licensed and insured. Cleaning & Reset Policy The Cove House is maintained to production-ready standards. A professional cleaning and reset process is required following all bookings. Standard Cleaning (Up to 8 Crew) Includes: • Full surface sanitization of kitchen and bathrooms • Wipe-down of high-touch areas (handles, switches, fixtures) • Vacuum and mop of all hard floors • Spot clean of walls and baseboards • Reset of all moved furniture to original layout • Pool deck sweep and debris removal • Trash removal (if bagged properly) Enhanced Cleaning (9–15 Crew) Includes all of the above plus: • Additional floor detailing • Full appliance wipe-down • Interior glass cleaning (as needed) • Patio and porch reset • Extra trash handling • Restaging of decorative elements Large Production Cleaning (16+ Crew) Custom post-production inspection required. May include: • Carpet or upholstery spot treatment • Deep pool deck pressure wash (if needed) • HVAC filter check • Wall patch/paint touch-up assessment • Landscape reset Damage Policy • Any wall damage, floor scratching, or fixture damage will be assessed post-booking. • Furniture must be lifted, not dragged. • Protective floor coverings required for heavy equipment. Reset Requirement Furniture must be returned to original placement before departure. A reference photo folder can be provided. Trash & Catering All trash must be bagged and removed unless pre-arranged. Excess waste disposal fees may apply.
