She has her own entrance and you will have no interaction with them. There is air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. The bedrooms also have box fans, and the sunroom has an overhead fan. The sunroom, is accessed through one of the bedrooms, or through an exterior door. Upon booking, you will be asked to sign a renter’s agreement, submit ID, and put a card on file for a $500 damages deposit.
