Cleanliness & Space Care At Kohler Collective, we take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for every guest. The space is thoroughly cleaned and reset between each booking, including surfaces, floors, and restroom areas. We ask guests to treat the space with care and leave it in generally the same condition it was found. Trash bags and basic cleaning supplies are available for use during your event, and our team handles the final cleaning to ensure the space is fresh and ready for the next gathering. If you need anything during your booking, we’re always happy to help.

Los huéspedes pueden cancelar su reserva hasta 7 días antes de la hora de inicio del evento y recibirán un reembolso completo (incluidas todas las comisiones) del coste de su reserva. Los huéspedes pueden cancelar su reserva entre 7 días y 24 horas antes de la hora de inicio del evento y recibirán un reembolso del 50 % (excluyendo las comisiones) del coste de su reserva. Las cancelaciones de reservas enviadas con menos de 24 horas de antelación a la hora de inicio del evento no son reembolsables. Más información
