The open concept makes this space flexible for all types of uses - baby showers, graduations, repass, birthday party, wedding, receptions, workshops, etc. The space is 75 feet by 25 feet, and there is one ADA accessible bathroom. All the lighting is dimmable and in zones, so you can set the mood to match your event. A kitchenette with a full fridge is available in the space. This building overlooks Humboldt Park, and offers a great opportunity to combine outdoor actives with convenient indoor access.

Hosts are required to sweep and remove any garbage, as well as clean any obvious spills. A post-event cleaner is hired after each booking.
