This 1,100 sq. ft. space features a flexible three-room layout that allows hosts to create a natural flow for activities, refreshments, and socializing. The studio is ideal for events where guests can gather, participate in an experience, and comfortably mingle throughout the space. Front Studio – Workshop or Activity Space The front room serves as the main workshop and activity area. It’s perfect for hands-on experiences, classes, demonstrations, wine tastings, DIY events, or small group presentations. Tables and seating can be arranged to comfortably accommodate creative or collaborative activities. Middle Room – Food & Refreshment Station The center room works well as a food and beverage setup area, making it ideal for charcuterie tables, dessert displays, catered food stations, or beverage service. Guests can easily grab refreshments between activities while keeping the main workshop space open and organized. Back Room – Lounge & Social Space The back room provides a cozy lounge-style space where guests can relax, mingle, and continue conversations during or after the main activity. The layout naturally supports a workshop → refreshment → lounge flow, allowing guests to move comfortably throughout the event. The plaza offers ample free parking directly in front of the space, and the ground-level entrance allows for easy setup and load-in for hosts, vendors, and event materials. Cleaning & Sanitization: Our space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every event. All surfaces, tables, chairs, and high-touch areas are wiped down with disinfectant. Floors are swept and mopped, and shared supplies are sanitized or individually prepared. Trash is emptied, and restrooms are cleaned and stocked with essentials. We follow strict hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for every guest.

Los huéspedes pueden cancelar su reserva hasta 30 días antes de la hora de inicio del evento y recibirán un reembolso completo (incluidas todas las comisiones) del coste de su reserva.
