Booking the Full Venue gives you exclusive, private access to both our Top and Bottom floors, allowing you to maximize our diverse aesthetic offerings. Important Layout Note: Our Top and Bottom floors operate as two distinct, self-contained spaces. They are connected via an exterior ramp and a steep interior fire escape staircase. Booking the entire venue is best suited for events or productions that need completely separate, dedicated zones—such as hosting a main presentation downstairs while keeping the upstairs reserved for a VIP lounge, or running a multi-set commercial shoot. The Spaces: Top Floor (~3,500 sq ft | 75-80 Capacity): A luscious, maximalist environment layered with dreamy art installations, colorful vignettes, and stylish lounge breakouts. Bottom Floor (~4,000 sq ft | 100 Capacity): A bright white modern industrial foundation infused with bold rainbow art and contemporary seating.
