Modern Comfy Home with big Kitchen Space

Our space is a 1 bedroom/1bathroom home. The kitchen and living room have ample space for multiple uses. Cooking tutorials, product commercial shoots, photoshoots and filming. The living space no longer has a TV. The couch is currently not there, but if it's needed we can put it back. The bedroom is an empty space. There is no furniture in the room or the closet. There is a large window for natural lighting, perfect for photoshoots. The bathroom is a small space, there is only artificial lighting. The home faces a main street, so there may be some traffic noises. There are neighbors in the same lot so please be mindful of noise to not disturb them. There is a shared wall in the bedroom.
