It is equally suited for milestone celebrations, client hosting, and intimate gatherings that benefit from a more considered setting. The space is also well suited for wedding weekend gatherings, including rehearsal dinners and smaller celebrations. The experience remains food-forward and designed to feel warm, comfortable, and complete, with the flexibility to personalize details while maintaining a cohesive environment. During the day, The Fulton Table is used for executive meetings, team offsites, and brand gatherings. Formats range from seated dining to reception-style experiences and chef-led activations, depending on the goals of the group. The space is particularly effective for executive dinners, client hosting, and team experiences where the goal is to bring people together around a shared table. Each gathering is structured as a complete experience, with food, service, and environment designed together. Because we are chef-led and the experience is culinary-driven, gatherings are structured around a minimum investment. Most evenings are designed between $18,000 and $25,000 depending on guest count and menu. Daytime events begin at $7,500. Ideal for 30–80 guests seated or up to 100 for reception-style gatherings. The Fulton Table operates with a BYO bar model, with full service and coordination provided by our team. The space is operated by a chef-led team and designed specifically for food-centered gatherings.
