Welcome to The Den at Red Mountain Training and Dance Studio, a private, versatile movement studio designed for small group sessions, personal training, dance, wrestling drills, and creative use. Located inside a 60’ x 40’ agricultural building, this unique studio offers a clean, functional space with a flexible layout that can be adapted to your needs. ✨ The Space The available studio area features an epoxy floor and a combination of mirrored walls, creating an ideal environment for movement-based activities, filming, or coaching. Wrestling mats and wall pads are removeable based on rental use. Front section: approximately 31’ wide with 14.8’ depth Back section: approximately 24’ wide with 13.2’ depth Large front mirror wall (approx. 7’ x 20’) Additional mirrored panels along the side wall 70” mounted TV (pull-down and tiltable for instruction or playback) 💪 Equipment & Flexibility Workout equipment is currently staged along one wall and can be adjusted or moved depending on the type of rental. The space is designed to be adaptable for: Wrestling or grappling drills Dance and choreography sessions, personal or small group Fitness classes or personal training Small group coaching Content creation or video review 🎮 Extras & Amenities Wii gaming and interactive fitness/sports system Lounge area with a blue velvet couch and Black leather massage chair for recovery or relaxation Mini Fridge Full bathroom with shower (located down the hall) Laundry room access (if needed, by request) ⚠️ Important Notes The building is partially under completion, with some areas not yet finished Two back rooms and the loft are not accessible in the larger area Best suited for small groups, private sessions, or personal use Not currently ideal for large events or high-traffic bookings Whether you’re hosting a focused training session, filming content, or creating space for movement and growth, The Den offers a private, flexible environment to make it your own.
