Set up as a Photostudio and creative space we loved enough to shoot + create in ourself, but also built to flex and accommodate a vast array of shoots, creative projects or meeting space support of all kinds. From local to World Wide Productions, we've consistently supported fittings, auditions/castings, production meetings, art shows, live art installations, podcasts, classes/live events, fashion shows and anything else you can dream up. Clients using the space for Production Meetings and/or fittings over the last few years have included: Nike, Toyota, Lamborghini, Honda, Zyn, Zupas, Park City Fashion Week and hundreds of local brands, photographers, designers and fashion show production companies. We would love to have you too! Hourly rental includes full private access to our Photostudio located on the ground level of the building, boasting a clean, cool aesthetic and bright white walls as the perfect clean slate for your in-person or virtual meeting needs. It also lends picture-perfect behind the scenes background, a foolproof way to keep content + footage documented looking effortlessly cool, professional and elevated (perfect for content creating and storytelling while shooting and working.) Equipped with wifi, AC and a wide array of shooting options outside the studio on the property as well, our studio is a downtown diamond in the rough you won't want to miss. -Huge east facing window and great natural light, as well as blinds/curtain options to soften and diffuse (full blackout available upon request) - V-Flats, additional stands + sandbags available - 2 private dressing rooms -Hair/makeup station with daylight bulbs for backup lighting -Kitchenette with fridge/freezer, sink + microwave access - 1-2 wardrobe rolling racks (more available as additional add-ons) + steamer - Apple boxes, extension chords, bounces and various stools and posing boxes available - Couch and conversation area, access to rolling tables for gear - 2 different ceiling mounted paper racks available with multiple paper options (an add-on that must be requested 48 hrs prior to booking date to guarantee color choice is in stock. Generally we always have white, black, grey, sand, tan, brown and red on-hand.) We also have an in-house team of Industry Professionals to help support anything your shoot or project might need (from top Industry wardrobe stylists , makeup artists/hair stylists to creative direction and much more...)
