Staging & Refreshments: A dedicated staging area is available in the kitchen for crew use, equipment storage, and bottled water/snack prep. Please note: Full kitchen/cooking use is not permitted to maintain a pristine, scent-free environment for all guests. Wellness & Outdoor Features: Step out onto the private balcony to capture lush nature views, or take your production to our premium community amenities. We offer seamless entry and hassle-free street parking in a quiet, green neighborhood. Important House Rules Capacity: To maintain a focused and quiet environment, the base rate includes 3 people. A 4th guest is permitted for an additional fee of $20/hr. Strict maximum of 4 people on-site at all times. Usage: Perfect for photography and small-scale video. No large movie sets, loud music, or parties. STRICT POLICY – STAFF INTERACTION: This is a private creative studio. Please do not approach the leasing office or building staff for any reason (directions, supplies, or facility help). They are not affiliated with this studio. All communication must go through the host via the app; we respond immediately!
