The space has a distinctive organic industrial surrealist aesthetic: original factory architecture and raw materials layered with lush greenery, sculptural objects, unexpected art, rich textures, and slightly surreal details. It feels collected rather than staged, giving productions a visually distinctive environment without requiring extensive set dressing. Unlike a traditional single-room studio, the loft gives you multiple shoot-ready environments under one roof: massive factory windows, exposed brick and concrete, a cognac conversation pit, botanical hammock lounge, draped canopy bedroom, surreal dining/gallery set, dedicated glam/HMU room, fireplace wall, and a separate professional portrait studio with backdrops, lighting, and projection capabilities. This is a real, lived-in artist’s loft, not a staged commercial studio. On-site production support: I’ll greet your team, assist with load-in and access, and can help reposition furniture or access studio equipment so you spend your booking shooting rather than setting up. The Elm Loft dogs: Two friendly dogs live in the loft but can be fully separated from the booked production areas upon request, in the studio if you’re shooting in the loft, or in the loft if you’re shooting in the studio.
