Additional Services If you are in need of an experienced model, extra photographer, or a creative director to help with styling and posing, feel free to reach out with any questions. We also have flameless candles, a proposal set, and chairs and tables available in our add-ons. Please select the correct number of attendees to avoid additional fees. Rental rates are based on the number of attendees set during the initial booking request. A flat fee of $100 will be assessed for each group of 1-10 additional guests if already at capacity (150). (ie 151-140 guests, extra $100. 141-150 guests, extra $200, etc). If overtime is needed, it will be billed at time and a half. For proposals, open flames are not permitted. If wax is poured down our sink there is an automatic fine of $200. **We will be onsite for the first 15 minutes to give a tour upon arrival.
