Lobo AR Studios was designed with the indie filmmaker and beginner content creators in mind. We offer a 10 ft high by 22 ft long and 12 ft deep cyc wall. We have convertible space that can be used also for ice skating shoots. There are two 8 ft x 10 ft sound rooms. One is set up for ADR/VO/Podcasting and the other set up for Streaming and editing. There are 2 restrooms and a shower. The reception area is also sound treated and can be used for YouTube, filming, and makes a great video village. There is a green room and break area kitchen. We also have several backgrounds for photoshoots and plenty of lights available. For longer term customers, we are willing to add most anything needed for the production (including crew!). This space is also set up to handle up to 50 people seated and up to 100 people for standing events. This space is fantastic for small screenings, seminars, and influencer events.
