But they will be tucked away in a back room. - There is a park across the street. While homeowners do not have control and cannot give official permission to shoot there, it is a space that could possibly be utilized. - The light-colored office room can easily be transformed into a wardrobe or staging room, or partially cleared out for your own creative setups. - The add-on studio space can get warm in the summer months.
