CHECK-OUT + CLEAN UP To help us maintain the quality and experience of the space for future guests, we ask that all productions and bookings complete a basic reset before departure. For your safety, a licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings. Before checking out, please: • Return all furniture and decor to their original placement • Remove all equipment, props, and personal belongings • Bag and dispose of trash in designated bins • Wipe down surfaces used during the booking • Remove any food, beverages, or production materials brought into the space • Ensure all lights are turned off and doors are securely closed upon exit Please note: • Booking time must include breakdown and load-out • Excessive mess, damages, or unauthorized overtime may result in additional fees • Any damages or incidents should be communicated immediately We deeply appreciate guests who treat the home with professionalism and care.
