Acerca de Luxury Homes
This bright and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath modern home is an ideal filming and creative workspace in the scenic Clayton Valley area of Concord, with beautiful views of the surrounding East Bay hills and mountains.
The standout feature is the dramatic vaulted ceilings and multiple skylights that flood the living room and master bedroom with gorgeous natural light all day long. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly from the living area to dining and kitchen, giving you flexible shooting options and plenty of room for a 10–15 person crew to spread out with gear.
High ceilings, neutral modern decor, large windows, and the elevated valley setting make it incredibly photogenic and easy to light.
Perfect for:
• Film & video production
• Photo shoots
• Content creation & interviews
• Branded content
Fast WiFi, production-friendly layout, and easy access to the Bay Area (yet quietly tucked away with mountain views) make this a crew favorite.

Medidas de salud y seguridad Mejoradas
We take cleaning very seriously to ensure a fresh, safe space for every guest and production crew.
• The entire home is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every booking using hospital-grade disinfectants on all high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, countertops, remotes, tables, etc.).
• We follow a detailed checklist: bathrooms are sanitized, floors are vacuumed and mopped, kitchen is wiped down, and all bedding/towels are professionally laundered.
• The home is aired out with open windows and HEPA air purifiers running between stays.
• We allow a minimum of 4 hours between bookings for proper cleaning and ventilation.
Your health and safety (and that of our crew) is our top priority. The space will be spotless when you arrive!
