You are responsible for operating the equipment unless you purchase Record for Me or Full Production. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE CAMERAS OR PODCAST EQUIPMENT. WHAT SHOULD I BOOK? Choose Record for Me. We'll operate the cameras and audio equipment while you focus on your podcast. Just show up and record. WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RECORD FOR ME AND FULL PRODUCTION? Record for Me: You already know what you want to record. We operate the equipment and capture it for you. Full Production: You bring us your idea and we help with the production itself — including setup, lighting, camera angles, recording, and post-production support. Simple way to think about it: SELF SERVICE → You run it. RECORD FOR ME → We record it. FULL PRODUCTION → We help produce it. DO I RECEIVE MY RECORDINGS? Self Service: File delivery is not automatically included. Please bring compatible storage media or arrange file delivery with us. Record for Me: Yes. Raw camera footage and individual microphone recordings are included. Full Production: Yes. Your recordings are included along with production and post-production support. HOW MANY CAMERAS AND MICROPHONES ARE INCLUDED? The standard setup includes 2 cameras + 2 microphones. Need more? Additional microphones and our third camera can be added at checkout. CAN 3 OR 4 PEOPLE RECORD A PODCAST? Absolutely. The Zoom PodTrak P4 supports up to 4 microphones, and we have up to 4 Rode PodMics available. Your first 2 microphones are included. Additional microphones are available as add-ons. CAN I BRING MY OWN EQUIPMENT OR CREW? Yes! You're welcome to bring your own cameras, microphones, lighting, storage, photographer, videographer, or production team. WHAT'S THE BEST TIME TO BOOK?
