Welcome to our pool space — a private outdoor setting nestled into the hills of Bonsall, 45 minutes from San Diego and 1.5 hours from Los Angeles. Framed by bougainvillea, Persian jasmine, and modern architectural lines, this space blends water and flora to create a backdrop that feels both polished and relaxed. Designed with aesthetics and functionality in mind, the pool deck works beautifully for shoots that call for light, space, and a refined outdoor setting — whether you're capturing movement, styling a campaign, or simply letting the space speak for itself. What's Included: • The Pool: A 12 x 45 foot rectangular pool framed by bougainvillea and Persian jasmine — clean, classic, and camera-ready from every angle. While the pool is unheated, Southern California's year-round climate makes it suitable for most of the year. For shoots during cooler months (December–February) please inquire in advance. • The Backdrop: Beyond the pool deck sits a lemon farm — 900 organically maintained Eureka lemon trees climbing the eastern hillside. A backdrop no studio can replicate and no other pool listing in Southern California can offer. • The Pergola: Jasmine-draped wooden pergola with seating for seven — a naturally shaded, fragrant corner of the deck that photographs beautifully for editorial, lifestyle, and beauty content. • Outdoor Dining: Teak dining table for eight beneath a modern pergola with adjustable louvres that open and close with the sun — keeping your talent and crew comfortable without interrupting the shot. • Natural Light All Day: Open sky exposure from sunrise to sunset. As the afternoon settles, the eastern hillside behind the deck catches a warm golden glow — one of the most distinctive lighting moments on the property. Most productions book late afternoon for this window. • Flexible Production Space: Multiple shooting angles across the deck, pergola, dining area, and poolside. The modern residence facade provides a clean architectural backdrop for exterior shots. We're open to most creative directions — just run it by us in advance. Interior filming is not included unless separately arranged with the host. • Private & Production-Ready: Gated entry, long private driveway, and a large flat parking area that fits crew vans and equipment trucks with ease. Address shared upon booking confirmation. • Single-Level Access: Pool, residence, and parking are all on one level — no stairs. • Restroom & Staging Area: Restroom available on the property. A staging or dressing area can be arranged depending on the type of booking. • Equipment Provided: Clothing steamer, clothing rack, step stool, portable folding table and chairs, privacy divider, and two seagrass baskets — all available for use. • Host On-Site: Host is available during your booking to answer questions, assist with the space, and make sure everything runs smoothly.
