The room comfortably seats up to 10 guests, with space for an instructor or facilitator and an assistant, for a total capacity of 12 people. The layout is best suited for discussion-based sessions, hands-on learning, small classes, team huddles, strategy meetings, and guided workshops. Tables and seating can be arranged to support classroom-style learning, collaborative work, or a more conversational setup. The space is located inside a larger creative studio, giving guests access to a clean, welcoming, and professional environment with a more relaxed and inspiring atmosphere than a standard conference room. It is a strong fit for groups that want privacy, flexibility, and a setting that supports focus, creativity, and connection. Common uses include small business meetings, team breakouts, leadership coaching, tutoring, board or committee meetings, private instruction, training sessions, interviews, content planning, brainstorming, and creative workshops. Guests have access to the breakout room during their booking window, along with shared restroom access and common entry areas. Setup and breakdown time should be included in the reserved booking time.

The breakout room and shared guest areas are cleaned and reset between bookings. Tables, seating surfaces, and commonly touched areas are wiped down before each reservation. Floors are swept or vacuumed as needed, and trash is removed after each booking. Restrooms and shared entry areas are maintained regularly. Guests are expected to remove personal items, dispose of trash in designated areas, and leave the space in the same general condition it was provided. For workshops or bookings involving food, beverages, or hands-on materials, additional cleaning may be required and should be discussed in advance.
